Terms & Conditions

1. Package Overview

Our Starter Website package is priced at ₹5,000 and includes a premium design, up to 4 pages, mobile-responsive layout, and first-year domain and hosting.

2. Modification Policy

• One round of modifications is included in the base package after the initial delivery.
• A "modification round" includes all feedback provided by the client in a single consolidated list or session.
• If the customer, client, or user requests additional modifications after the first round, a fee of ₹500 per modification/round will be applicable.
• Modifications do not include changing the entire website theme or structure once the project has progressed significantly.

3. Domain and Hosting Policy

• Website@5K will provide a domain name as part of the package.
• Standard Package Domain: There will be no customization available for the domain name in the base package. We will provide a professional domain selected by our team based on availability and what is governed by law.
• Custom Domain Request: If the client wishes to choose a specific, customized domain name, they must pay an extra fee equal to the market price of that domain at the time of purchase.
• Free Domain and Hosting are valid for the first year only.
• From the 2nd year onwards, a renewal fee of ₹4,000 per year is applicable for maintaining both domain and hosting services.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment: An initial payment of ₹3,000 is required to commence the project.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance of ₹2,000 is due immediately upon completion and handover of the website.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

5. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery for the Starter Website is 7 days from the date of receiving all necessary content and the advance payment from the client. Delays in providing content or feedback by the client will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

6. Client's Obligations

• The client is responsible for providing all text content, logos, and specific images they want to include on the website.
• The client must ensure that all content provided does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
• Website@5K is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of the content provided by the client.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms or the services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad.

8. Limitation of Liability

Website@5K will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
